  • All products are pre-checked before shipping.

  • Returns/exchanges are approved solely by BHANAVI’S team.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

  • Product must be unused and unworn.

  • Saree must be returned in original packaging with barcode intact.

  • Only one return/exchange per order is allowed.

  • Products disliked due to color/design preference are not eligible.

  • Color differences due to lighting or device display are not considered defects.

Return Process

  • Notify within 24 hours of delivery via email:

  • Share clear images of the damaged/incorrect product.

  • Upon approval, ship to:

  • Refund or exchange will be processed within 7 working days after inspection.

No Refunds / Exchanges in These Cases

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address

  • Incorrect address format (including PO Box)

  • After 3 failed delivery attempts

  • Package refused by recipient

  • Product disliked due to color/design

  • Customized orders (blouse stitching, fall/pico, detachment, tasselling)
